Greetings my friends and thank you for reading my post. I have come here today to ask for information about customer call centres in Uruguay. What I am looking to do is to establish contact with an existing call centre in Uruguay that can take inbound customer support calls for a European technology company who wants to add more of a localized environment to their customer support. They figure this will decrease some common language and cultural issues, while improving their overall customer support strategies.

However, there are a few questions that I must ask of your company. These questions may or may not be included in your standard information pack, but I do want to express them here just in case they are not. How may call takers do you have on your staff that could be assigned to this account? Do you have a staff rotation in the event that a call taker is out of work for the shift? How many calls per hour can your employees take? Please include your responses to these questions as well as how you base your charges.
